When will my order ship?

Items are shipped within 24 to 48hrs, based on availability.

How can my order be processed right away?

For fast processing, please e-mail us to info@therunway.biz or call 323-684-1620. Make sure to specify your order # and let us know you need it right away.

How long does it take to receive my order once it has been processed?

Our customers have 3 options:

  • UPS Ground - takes up to 5 days.
  • UPS 2nd Day- takes 2 days.
  • UPS Next Day- takes 1 day.

Do you accept INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do. However, we may require for you to fax us copy of your indentification card and the front and back of your credit card for security purposes. You can also chose to pay through PayPal.

How can i check my order status?

Simple, first you must log in. Then you click on the Your Account button and then you click on Order History and then you click on Details.

I would like to return the item i purchased, what is your return policy?

We would be more than happy to accept your return for an exchance or store credit only, sorry no refunds. Here's our conditions:

  • You have 10 days of receipt of purchase to return the items.
  • You must first fill out the Return Request form, which is located under the Customer Service button. You must print it out and return it to us with the items.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and with its original tags.
  • Items must be return in its original packaging.
  • When returning an item, make sure you insure the shipment and receive a tracking number. We will not give an exchange or store credit for lost items.

Once we receive the items we will exchange the item or issue a store credit. We only give credit for the items, not for shipping costs. When we exchange the item and ship it back to you, we will not charge you for re-shipping.

 

I saw a Rubber Ducky item at a store, how can i check if you have this style?

All of the Rubber Ducky items have a Style # on the Care Label and a fabric code that are usually 3 Letters. Obtaining both this information will make it easier for us to get it for you.

Another way to check is, if you click on the Search button that is found on the top of the website, it will give you a search box. There you will enter the Style # only and it will search our website for it. However, sometimes not all styles are on there, so another way is to contact us. You can either e-mail us to info@therunway.biz or call us at 323-684-1620. If you do not have the style #, just to your best to describe it to us!
