We must be notified via email within 2 days of receipt of purchase if you would like to exchange your item. Item must be new and unworn with tags. For exchange completion, we need the item back to us no later than 10 days from the receipt of purchase. Once received, your exchange will be processed. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange. For pickup orders, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item, no exceptions. Exchanges ONLY, NO REFUNDS!
